Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is our company’s main focus. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our product, return the product within 30 days unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to receive full refund of your purchase (less the original cost of shipping). We guarantee that our product will fit properly. If for any reason it did not fit you correctly and require sizing adjustments, please call our customer service at 949-624-2484 or email us at customerservice@cutforeyou.com and we will send you a replacement shirt with the corrected fit free of charge as a "one time courtesy". Please note custom fit ordered shirts are not required to be returned that was initially sized incorrectly because our "custom fit" shirts and polos are “made to order” and are made exclusively for you. For defective or damaged items, please contact us and we’ll take care of you. For incorrect address; we will make every effort to correct so long as the order has not been prepared for shipping. Please contact us immediately. In the event that your order has been shipped, the only remedy is reordering and paying the costs again. For international returns; it can take up to 21 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment as the following steps need to be followed: (1) shipping time to arrive back, (2) processing and inspection for refund approval, (3) authorization to finance department to issue refund. Please note we cannot issue a refund on duties and taxes. By buying our products, you have consented to our return policy and our responsibilities and/or liabilities are limited to the fulfillment of our commitments set forth in our return policy.
